Donald Trump was handed a stunning victory by the Supreme Court. Now, we have to figure out how to live with it and try to understand how much damage this will do to our country.
Being a never Trumper and not a Democrat, I see this as horrible regardless of which party is in power. The current administration will make politically motivated changes to supposedly non-partisan agencies, and then, if the Democrats regain power, there will be a boomerang effect. We all lose.
The Trump administration exposed loopholes. Firing board members without cause is the latest. They also exposed interpretations of the constitution that are grey areas. The dems should immediately make plans to close these loopholes. Dems never say again, no one would ever break institutional norms for their own personal gain. The clock is ticking
