Well, I won’t be surprised if the country is bankrupt in a year looking at how the Orange Plague is squandering taxpayer money. The amount of money that’s already been flushed down the toilet on a completely unnecessary war. The $$$ on WH renovations, the reflecting pool (no bid contract), Trumph Arch, etc. The entire cabinet is following Trumph’s spending pattern. I’m almost afraid to dig around to see what’s been spent for the 1% instead of on SNAP, USAID, Medicaid, Medicare, on and on.

My parents had very little money, but I can assure Donald that they gave me so much more than Trump ever did. Trump is not known for his generosity.

Yes. If we are bankrupt by next year it will be because of Trump’s grifting—he’s made $2 billion since he took office in 2025. And if that doesn’t finish us, the bastards behind Project 2025 will finish the job by shrinking the government. There will only be the ultra rich left and the rest of us will be poor.

he’s bankrupting us.

What’s another trillion when we’re already 30 trillion in debt.

Those parents would “agree” they should keep an eye on their teen daughters.

This “new” thing of Trump calling people who disagree with or criticize him “communists”, Heather’s right. This is part of the hackneyed American right-wing charge that any “liberal” must be a communist and thus must be feared and destroyed. Most of the people in this Michigan crowd probably aren’t old enough to know about Senator Joe McCarthy and his henchmen (one of whom was Roy Cohn, who mentored Trump in NYC) who ruined the careers of so many gifted artists (many of them Jewish) in the 50s, and they probably didn’t learn about McCarthy in history class.

Another thing about Trump hating communists is: Why has Trump so revered Putin? (Not just because Putin’s a “strong” leader. Trump is suspected of having been “turned” in the 80s when he visited Russia.) And why do many right-wing Republicans believe a fascist dictatorship is the way to go?

And why is our insecure, incompetent FBI Director Kash Patel who loves to drink planning a trip to Russia in October to “consult” or meet with Russia’s equivalent of our FBI??

Heather,

I love the intensity of this message and all your messages! Simply put no one that I know of shines the light on Trump, both his insanity and that of those surrounding him, like you do. You’re scary good at it. Keep up the good work!

Thank you, Heather:

The Politics of Fear

He’s a communist! He’s a communist!

I didn’t hear what he said.

But I know by the way he said it that

his heart beats Marxist red.

It’s communists we’re running against.

They’re knocking at the door.

They want to do things no one’s ever

even thought about before.

They want to take your money. Raise

your taxes to eighty percent.

They want to take your houses. Soon

you’ll all be paying rent.

They don’t want prisons anymore

and they want to fire the police.

Where are these people coming from?

Their big blue cities aren’t clean.

Their sidewalks are dirty. The people too.

Unlike Republicans.

The curbs are loaded with you know what?

In the cities the Dumocrats run.

If they win in November, the country

will be absolutely broke.

You’ll live in squalor. You’ll live in fear.

Our country up in smoke.

We’re having the single greatest year

We’ve ever had as a country.

We’re not going to let these people destroy it.

It’s Them versus You and Me.

In just over 3 months, if voters do the right thing, the blue tsunami will hit Trump right up-side the head. Articles of impeachment are already being drafted. Once removed from office, you will be tried & convicted. YOU will be dressed in an orange jump-suit to match your face make-up (is make-up allowed in prison?) ... no matter. YOU will be the one living in squalor. I pray daily for his demise. Lately, however, I want him to live long enough to wallow in the squalor, while we enjoy watching it.

Yes, Trump IS bankrupting our nation, but no surprise there; it's just like so many of his enterprises. He's getting richer in multiples while working Americans are slowly losing ground.

People please please get out and vote in November. We can't survive another two years of dictatorship.

Hitler. He raised these kinds of fears, calling all who disagreed with him “communists.”

It is Trump and his acolytes who are going to bankrupt us if we aren’t there already. Do countries get credit scores? If yes, then we are doomed. No bank will want to do business with us. And Trump better not try to wring anymore more from us because we will then be living in squalor.

I think that Trump and his billionaire friends need to come to the poorest parts of the country or the parts devastated by the floods, tornadoes and fires. They will then have to live in the shoes of one white family for a week and see what it is like in the real world. The reason I said white family is to keep Trump and his gang from demonizing our black, brown, immigrant, indigenous people.

Next these billionaires need to cough up their money to pay our MASSIVE debt that was incurred because of them.

All in favor of this let me know.

I hope commentators will soon start pointing out all the aspects of socialism we already embrace:

We love our public schools, public universities, public fire protection, public police protection, public hospitals, public libraries, public highways, public parks, public utilities, public postal service, Social Security, Medicare, the Affordable Care Act, unemployment compensation, and a host of other things Trump calls “communism.”

Trump preaches “Every man for himself.” “You got yours, and you don’t hafta share it!”

Community-minded Americans say “We’re all in this together.” “We can help each other by building public goods that we can all share.” That’s not communism, Mr. Trump. It’s caring for each other through community building. It’s America.

Here is WISCO a Republican Gov opened the door for others to take advantage of weakened Unions. Please remember ppl like Michelle Rhee who claimed dem status then ruined DC schools. We have one like that on the ballot for governor. You can look so far the other way that you wind up in a just as bad spot.
