Donald Trump is threatening to seize Greenland, militarily if necessary, and mocking Denmark’s resistance while NATO allies rush to defend it. Greenland is holding the line against authoritarian overreach, standing firm for democracy, sovereignty, and global stability.
Meanwhile, Congress just handed Trump more unchecked war powers, even as the majority of Americans oppose using force. This isn’t just about Greenland. It’s about whether we’re still willing to stand up for our allies, our values, and the rule of law. Greenland is holding the line. We have to decide if we will too.
There will be no stopping him. Congress won't do its job and he says only his morality will stop him. He has no morality, he has proved that time and time again. So yes it is desperately important that we are firm, stand up, fight back and keep insisting that congress do their jobs or vote them out and put in people who will.
It is increasingly clear that only death will stop Trump, and that probably won’t even succeed because he has his minions to roll on without him. I keep saying that the country is lost, and nobody seems to believe me, but they will find out sooner rather than later.
If the USA takes Greenland through coercion or military force, it will be the end of NATO. NOTHING would please Russia or China more! Indeed, it seems that this is Trump’s goal. It certainly fits with his pro-Russia "peace" proposals for Ukraine.
