Trump's regime is run by the worst of the worst
While Trump spent his weekend at Mar-a-Lago fuming over a Bill Maher segment and posting a rambling rant on Truth Social, the country was facing its third government shutdown under his watch. Federal workers were going without pay, and the president was more consumed by a late-night TV host’s jokes than by the real consequences of his failed leadership. It’s a pattern we’ve seen over and over again. He plays the role of the distracted showman while the people around him do the real damage.
And that damage is accelerating. His administration is preparing to spend $38.3 billion building detention infrastructure capable of holding over 92,000 people in warehouses designed not for processing but for warehousing human beings. At the same time, a whistleblower complaint implicating Jared Kushner in potential foreign intelligence wrongdoing was buried for eight months by Tulsi Gabbard’s office, handed not to Congress as the law requires, but to the White House chief of staff. This is what happens when every position of power is filled with people whose loyalty is to the president, not the country.
But there are cracks forming. The backlash is working. Casey Wasserman, exposed in the Epstein files, is selling off one of the most powerful talent agencies in the world. This is a sign that the pressure is real and the walls are closing in. History teaches us that the worst people rarely win in the end, and every day more of us are making conscious choices about where our money goes, who we support, and how we hold the line. This fight is far from over, and there is still hope for America.

I’ll now be sharing video versions of my nightly posts in addition to the written ones. We are living through a pivotal moment for our country, and my goal is to reach as many people as possible with clear, factual information about what is happening. The more people who understand what is unfolding, the better chance we have to push back against chaos, cruelty, and corruption ahead of the midterms.
Thank you for your continued support. Your paid subscriptions have enabled me to add a video editor and get the message out to more people.
Independent journalism is under attack. You can make a difference with a $5/month paid subscription. Your support allows me to keep telling the truth about the lies and destruction unfolding in our country, defend myself from constant pressure from MAGA extremists, and ultimately spread the message to more people.
I’m fighting to save our country (before it’s too late).
I’ll see you tomorrow,
Heather
