Trump is Using ICE to Control and Silence American Citizens

Last night, just after the sun went down, I was sitting in my office writing when I heard what sounded like gunshots and crashing metal right outside our front door.

I didn’t even have time to process what I was hearing before my daughter burst into the room. She didn’t scream or show any emotion. She moved quickly and deliberately, flipping off the lights and telling me, “get down.”

She knew exactly what to do, not because we had rehearsed it at home, but because she had to rehearse it so many times before at school, during active shooter drills. She immediately went into action. Locked down the room. Turned the lights off. Closed the blinds. She told me to “stay away from the windows and to stay quiet”… (story continued in the video)

We are living through a pivotal moment for our country, and my goal is to reach as many people as possible with clear, factual information about what is happening.
