So Trump will use all his DC POTUS powers to destroy any attempt at regulation of social media. Flooding the zone with Murdoch style political nudging and misinformation or fake criminal conspiracies like Pizzagate will become difficult if the EU were to succeed in imposing proper judicial oversight. This is going to be a longterm war against a longterm network of depraved abusers of power across all institutions and the globe. The more people who wake up to the complex reality of exactly what Trump is fronting and push for justice, the more extreme and crazier these mobsters public comebacks will become. This is one way they will expose themselves.

There are only two explanations for his current behavior: 1) He’s insane 2) He’s suffering from a rapid cerebral deterioration due to disease.
