At 10:01 this morning, Donald Trump sat directly in front of a carefully staged group of women to speak about maternal healthcare. But instead of staying on topic, he went off on odd tangents about how he is the same physically and mentally as he was fifty years ago, that he would “take a bullet” for the country in regards to the stock market going down, and with increasingly slurred words, he once again called himself the "father of fertility". But none of that was the real story of what happened. Because just 11 minutes into the nearly hour-long event, his eyes slowly started to close as his breathing grew heavier, his head began dipping forward in small, uneven nods, and he appeared to completely fall asleep. And it happened more than once. And that was still not the worst of it.
The Oz statement at the event of "Trump babies" is also very alarming:
“There are private companies that are now taking advantage of the whole group of individuals who can get access to fertility medications and its treatments that go with them. And if the services get better, we make them more affordable, we’ll have more Trump babies.”
The phrase "Trump babies" reeks of Himmler's plan of Lebensborn: creating more Nazi babies.
About the most disgusting thing yesterday was seeing this display. " Trump babies???" What the fuck does that even mean? Look at them. A bunch of smug offensive white guys who are stupid enough to think that they have any say at all over our bodies. And sham "Dr" Oz. Cuts healthcare on one hand, wonders why women don't have more kids. Cut food benefits, wonders why. No child care, wonders why. The encouragement of misogynistic behavior by this Admin, wonders why. Fuentes anyone?? Admin starts an illegal war that destabilizes the world, wonders why. Poisons the world by loosening EPA regulations that have kept us safer from poisoning the environment? Wonders why. Moves to make voting more difficult for women, wonders why. Cut the bullshit and quit acting like you don't understand. Quit with disgusting ignorant displays showcasing our sad old white man USA bullshit.
The thing that’s Most disturbing to me is that ALL of those people in the picture, are just IGNORING that potus is falling asleep on the job, something many many people are FIRED for… but that some man is reading a proclamation about “fertility” ????
If you’re up in the middle of the night you are up to NoGood ( like any other middle schooler) unless you’re in an Emergency Area saving lives.

Last night I started watching ADOLECENCE which has just won 4 Bafta awards.
I had been concerned about watching it as I am not good with violence, and I was pleasantly surprised at how modulated and gentle it is. [the grown ups]
What is the basis- the hatred and awful stuff on the internet spewed out by the Tate Brothers to young men - yes that is the Tate Brothers that are now in USA protected by Trump.
No wonder women are not wanting to date, we have to find a way back to decent kindness and understanding which the internet and the mega rich internet providers don't want us to have.

My daughter and her friend group of ladies ; all young 30’s, not only will not date a guy who leans right, but they are more interested in insurance covering freezing their eggs so they have plenty of time to see if this country can once again become a place they even WANT to bring a child into

Woken with the highest maternal fatality rate.. and no representation. , but I guess this really was just about making more ‘American babies… aka white babies, or as Oz creepily said, Trump babies

As for understanding the complexities of fertility- he doesn't have the attention span to read anything about it.
The official White House comment on the photo was to call the reporter “a moron.” This coming from the White House, yet they blame Democrats for the lack of civility in politics today. Can you imagine Biden’s White House press secretary, or Obama’s, or either Bushes’, or even Reagan’s office issuing a statement like that? Be sure to take a friend or two with you when you vote. Volunteer to drive your neighbors if necessary. Ballots, not bullets will fix this disease on our national character.
