This is what collapse looks like
The President of the United States spent nearly six straight hours posting fake war photos, fabricated images of destroyed Iranian ships, staged combat scenes, and bizarre memes portraying himself commanding bombing campaigns from a warship at sea. Then he showed up at his Virginia golf course looking visibly unwell, his shirt unbuttoned and uneven, his hair disheveled, his eyes heavy, bruises still visible on both hands. Something is deeply wrong. But today wasn’t a rare occurrence. It was just another day for Donald Trump. And it keeps getting worse.
But what matters most right now is not what he is becoming. It is what we can become in November. Because if we flip Congress, everything changes. Committee gavels change hands, and real subpoenas follow. The Epstein files, the unauthorized war, the ICE raids that killed American citizens, the billion-dollar ballroom corruption, every single one becomes a hearing with witnesses under oath. Congress controls the power of the purse, and a Democratic majority could restrict funding for mass detention, expanded enforcement, and militarized raids. Every Trump nominee would face a hostile Senate. The pipeline of loyalists would slow to a crawl. And most critically, Congress certifies the 2028 presidential election. A Democratic Congress would be the firewall guaranteeing that election results are honored, something we can no longer take for granted.
And on the same day Trump was posting fake images behind a screen, the people of Hungary were standing in a public square watching democracy return. Péter Magyar took his oath as prime minister, ending 16 years of Viktor Orbán’s authoritarian rule. Not through a coup or a revolution, but through an election so overwhelming it could not be denied. Thousands filled the square outside Parliament. The EU flag was reinstated on the building for the first time in a decade. A Roma children’s choir sang in the chamber because the new government wanted every Hungarian to know they belonged. Orbán had 16 years, the media, the courts, and the money. The people of Hungary still beat him. With votes. That can be us. We have six months. And the image we should carry with us until November is not the man behind the glass at his golf course. It is the people in the square.

We are living through a pivotal moment for our country, and my goal is to reach as many people as possible with clear, factual information about what is happening. The more people who understand what is unfolding, the better our chances of pushing back against chaos, cruelty, and corruption ahead of the midterms.

Exactly. We need to be 2big2rig. Overwhelming numbers at the polls.
Your news, and Dan Rather's news are the most complete and trust worthy. I keep you in my prayers to not get exhausted! We need you! I would like to see someone to come along side you to take up a role on collecting the best ideas and the best criticisms for the Democratic Party leadership- in another substance. Democrats ask for money, they send checklists but are they listening to what people are concerned about? Do they know why they missed the mark before? People that aren't political marketers might have the best ideas!
