The biggest lie that we’ve been told about Donald Trump was just exposed
On Memorial Day, the President of the United States stood on a dry, covered stage and opened by talking about how beautiful the weather was, while Gold Star families stood just feet in front of him in the pouring rain. He fell asleep during Secretary Hegseth’s remarks about the fallen. And his very first post that morning, at 6:10 a.m., was not about the men and women who died for this country. It was a bitter rant attacking Republican senators who had crossed him. His Memorial Day tribute came eight minutes later, one sentence squeezed between insults: “Happy Memorial Day to all, including the Dumocrats, who disrespect our Military.” He could not wish the country a Memorial Day without making it an attack on his fellow Americans.
This is the same man who called Americans who died in war “suckers” and “losers,” confirmed on the record by his own former chief of staff, John Kelly, a retired four-star Marine general whose son is buried at Arlington. The man who said of John McCain, a man tortured for five and a half years as a prisoner of war, “He’s not a war hero. He’s a war hero because he was captured. I like people who weren’t captured.” He has never taken it back.
He had all the energy in the world for grievance at six in the morning and none of it for the fallen at noon. Awake for the cruelty. Asleep for the cost. That is not a scheduling problem. That is a window into what he values and what he does not. And it is a reminder of why these posts exist, not just for today but for the future. Because when this eventually ends, there will be people who try to minimize it, who say it was exaggerated or “not that bad.” This record is here so that never works. So that future generations know exactly what this felt like, and so that the next time a man like this reaches for power, the country remembers what it cost.

We are living through a pivotal moment for our country, and my goal is to reach as many people as possible with clear, factual information about what is happening. The more people who understand what is unfolding, the better our chances of pushing back against chaos, cruelty, and corruption ahead of the midterms.

What is most cynical is that they believe there are still people out there that don’t believe what they see. I’m sorry I forgot about MAGA and Fox viewers.
Heather- it’s insulting to think that Trump and the Republicans think we are that stupid. I hate bullies especially those that commit crimes in our faces and get away because so many people are covering for them. Trump believes he’s immune and untouchable. We have to change this today, tomorrow and in November.
