President Trump just tried to pardon a state convict he has no authority over, bragged about rigging foreign elections, and pushed a propaganda message of “affordability” while Americans face soaring healthcare costs and shrinking access to economic data. He’s gutting FEMA, firing government statisticians, and handing leadership roles to conspiracy theorists. But today also showed cracks in his grip: the DOJ failed to re-indict Letitia James, Indiana Republicans defied him on gerrymandering, and voices like Pete Buttigieg reminded us we’re not powerless. Trump is unraveling, and that’s exactly why we must stay alert and loud.
your words were just what i needed to hear today...i'm one of those of a certain age who have had boots on the ground since january, and this morning i was really discouraged. but after reading your post, i know that i am going to rally strength and carry on...for my grandchildren as well as the country in general.
If blue states and Democratic voters aren’t allowed to receive the benefits of the federal tax money they’ve paid in, maybe they don’t need to contribute federal taxes anymore.
I quite liked this: "[R]eal patriotism isn’t about flags in profile pictures with red hats or rage in a rally crowd. It’s about shared purpose."
