He hadn’t been seen on camera. There were no press conferences or recorded public remarks. And for a president who never misses a chance to stand in front of a camera or personally call a journalist to spin the news, it’s always concerning when he disappears for an entire day. Aside from his usual off-the-wall posts on Truth Social, we might not have heard from him at all, except tonight...
I don’t believe a word of his saying he donated a million of his own money to Johnson. He never gives anything. He just takes, no matter what it costs everyone else. He’s robbing our tax dollars and will leave this country in default. And he has exposed us all to great risk.
I think when he said "my money" he meant his campaign war chest which I believe has topped a billion dollars. Yes, the president has a campaign fund of over a billion dollars. For those hard of hearing...
Can someone please explain why all these multi billionaires are so keen to scoop in more money and agree to nobble the real un fettered press so that all the news and money is supporting such an appallingly corrupt group of people who are running USA.

While I hoped that the white supremacists would stay in their encampments, that militias would remain weekend warriors in the woods and the Christian Nationalists would stay in Texas, they were all coalescing under the GOP tent to gain power. Bam! Pow! Kaboom! Twump is their vessel and the government is now crawling with all of them, all of them. I hope we get the chance to rid the federal buildings and the state capitals of this is ilk. Well, the history books are all white-washed, and unless you take psychology and sociology, etc.(I’m a psychology major and almost sociology) and also was a special educator. I grew up part of my time in Miami and now I’m I was born and came back to New England in an extremely white state. I was well aware of some of the differences and injustices to minorities. Our state has a long history of KKK groups.
trump gave permission for all these deplorables to say and do whatever they want with immunity and a pardon. No more hiding under rocks.

I’ll tell you what really makes me angry. If Chuck Schumer would sound more like Mr. Krasner, it would actually feel like Democrats are fighting back. But when you see Chuck Schumer standing on the floor of the Senate and reading what is supposed to be outrage and passion for the grievances committed by this administration, with absolutely no outrage and passion, it doesn’t just feel like defeat has already taken hold, it is sickening. If every Democrat sounded like Krasner, what a resistance we would have.
Schumer lost the fire in his belly long ago. He is an old man and has got to go. I wish AOC would challenge him. She is waiting in the wings but she may wait too long. Women are always told to wait their turn when we should push to the front.
