Donald Trump’s newest propaganda is a CHILLING sign of where we are as a country

After days of teasers, the official White House account made its big reveal last Thursday. They revealed an online arcade, hosted on a government .gov domain paid for with taxpayer dollars, full of games aimed at children. These were not games to teach the next generation civics or how government works. They were built to make cruelty fun. One, called “Rio Run,” is a Snake-style game where children control border czar Tom Homan, chasing migrants of different skin tones along the Rio Grande, and when a migrant is “captured,” their clothes turn into an orange jumpsuit and the “deported” score counter ticks up. The more human beings you deport, the higher your score. Another turns “Build the Wall” into Tetris, with migrants depicted as green aliens who splatter against the wall and disintegrate. This administration did not even try to hide it or separate it from the president. They turned the suffering of real people into a competition, and pointed it straight at children.

That is exactly why it is so dangerous. Children are not born racist. No child comes into this world hating someone for the color of their skin. It is learned, absorbed from the images, words, and tone around them, long before they are old enough to question it. When a child plays a game where the objective is to chase people with brown skin and gets rewarded for it, the lesson becomes automatic, just the way things are. By the time they are old enough to ask whether it is wrong, they may not even know there was another way to see it. Authoritarian regimes have always understood this. The Hitler Youth drew children in with camping trips and camaraderie until loyalty and obedience became second nature. The Soviet Young Pioneers did the same. Raising children inside the system makes it far less likely they will ever question it. This arcade is not just a distraction. It is how they normalize the cruelty and the takeover, aimed at our most impressionable minds. Even the Tetris Company, which had nothing to do with it, had to publicly remind the United States government what kindness looks like.

Everyone responsible for a child needs to know these games exist and keep their kids away from them. They look flashy and fun, and that is what makes them so dangerous. This is not about politics. It is about protecting children from being trained to dehumanize other human beings. And when the disregard for what America used to stand for feels overwhelming, remember that these people are digging their own party’s grave. Republican candidates are now downplaying or refusing to mention the president, and many surveyed are skipping the first-ever midterm convention next week, where a photo with Trump reportedly costs $88,600 and a seat at his roundtable runs $250,000. Even his staunchest allies are balking at the bills. Because everything is a money grab for Donald Trump, and all he cares about is his own power. He has no loyalty to any party, let alone his own, and his own people are finally starting to see it.

We are living through a pivotal moment for our country, and my goal is to reach as many people as possible with clear, factual information about what is happening. The more people who understand what is unfolding, the better our chances of pushing back against chaos, cruelty, and corruption ahead of the midterms.

Thank you for your continued support. Your paid subscriptions have enabled me to add a video editor and reach more people.

Independent media is under attack. You can make a difference with a $5/month paid subscription. Your support allows me to keep telling the truth about the lies and destruction unfolding in our country, defend myself from constant pressure from MAGA extremists, and ultimately spread the message to more people.

I’m fighting to save our country (before it’s too late).

I’ll see you tomorrow,

Heather
