Thank you. Is there any way to find out who attended that screening -- such as my horrible senator from PA who is good for nothing

What you say is so true. I’m writing an editorial for my local paper now. Thanks

Fantastic post, thank you, Heather. The explanation about Edelweiss had me crying, but in a good way.

I can't thank you enough for this piece! Right after you wrote it I sent it to my son because he had just invited me to go see a touring show of The Sound of Music with him here in Chattanooga, TN. He was so appreciative of your article and said he remebered the first time seeing the movie with me years ago and that I cried during the Edelweiss scene. He said at the time he didn't understand the signifigance of what was going on. Your article placed new meaning to an already powerful song for me. Last night during that scene in the play I reached over and held my son's hand and had more tears in my eyes. Your writing is so important right now. Kepp on doing what you are doing!!

When Malania—the sick chick flick—debuts tomorrow night, after spending the whole day drinking Dr. Pepper and eating beans and brussels sprouts, I’m going straight to the multiplex where Malania is showing, but will buy a ticket for a different movie.

Then I’m gonna slip into the theater screening Malania and sit right in the middle of the front row.

The second the movie begins and for the next one hour and forty-eight minutes exactly, I shall guffaw uproariously and deflatulate gloriously. When the movie ends, everyone in the theater will feel relieved—myself most of all.

Because I am:
